JAUNT offers weekday commuter service to Charlottesville from Fluvanna County. Please call JAUNT for the most current pickup and drop-off times when making your reservation to ride.

Service Offered: Monday through Friday
Fare: $3.50 each way. A book of ten tickets costs $35.00

Commuter Route 53: Palmyra

6:00 a.m. Dollar General, Lake Monticello (Parking is available near the JAUNT bus stop sign.)

6:25 a.m. BP station, Rt. 618, Lake Monticello

7:00 a.m. Arrives in downtown Charlottesville

This commuter route leaves Charlottesville:

This route arrives in Fluvanna around 5:15 p.m.

Commuter Route 15: Fork Union

6:00 a.m. Fork Union Pharmacy
6:40 a.m. Beaver Dam Baptist Church
7:10 a.m. Arrives in Charlottesville

Other stops along US 15 and US 250 may be available by request. Passengers are transported to UVA, Route 29 N and downtown Charlottesville.

The return route begins around 4:15 p.m.

JAUNT offers midday, door-to-door service to residents of Fluvanna County who wish to travel to the City of Charlottesville. The routes arrive in Charlottesville at 10:00 am and depart at 2:00 p.m.

Service Offered: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Fare: $4.00 each way, $2.50 for passengers with disabilities and those age 60 and older.

Door-to-door service within Fluvanna County provides transportation to places such as Lake Monticello, Zion’s Crossroads, Palmyra, and Fork Union.

Service Offered: Monday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fare: $3.50 each way, $2.50 for passengers with disabilities and those age 60 and older

On Tuesday and Wednesday there is a 50 cent charge to travel to the Fluvanna Senior Center.

Transportation service is available for after school activities during the school year.
