JAUNT administers an annual survey of rider satisfaction
every October and a survey of human service agencies
every November. These survey responses weigh heavily
in the request for funds to the various localities
we serve. Many of the additional services we provide
are a direct result of our annual passenger and
agency survey. Stay tuned for the results.
